The Hilton Belgrade’s rooftop restaurant, Sky Lounge, is a luxury fine dining destination recognized as one of the best in the city, having received Michelin recommendations for the past two consecutive years.
Located on the eighth floor of the Hilton hotel, it offers breathtaking views of Belgrade, particularly during the golden hour.
Executive Chef Nikola Jekic has delighted us with some of the restaurant’s renowned specialties.
We began our meal with the eggplant appetizer, marinated in basil oil and topped with Greek yogurt and blanched sliced almonds. This refreshing dish could easily serve as a main course for vegetarians or anyone not in the mood for meat. Alongside, we were presented with slices of Black Angus beef. The carpaccio steak was especially appealing, prepared right before us and accompanied by Parmigiano, arugula, and an aromatic mustard-balsamic cream. We also enjoyed a refreshing salad featuring cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, watermelon, cheese, and an olive oil dressing alongside our main course.
Sky Lounge’s menu includes a wide selection of fresh wild fish and seafood sourced from the finest sea areas. The restaurant features a large aquarium where guests can personally select the king crab or lobster they would like on their plate.
Thanks to one of the chefs from Asia, the menu also features amazing Asian specialties and sushi culture.
